Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
